		<description>I would rather prefer a guide dog that thinks on it&#039;s paws as it were. Having a computer that may malfunction when you lease expect it would be a problem. (ie when crossing the street would really be a very dangerous situation.) Though computers maybe safe in ones home but I wouldn&#039;t want these on the street of a busy section. With that said any type of service animal gives additional service. They give comfort when one may be stressed and depress. Petting an animal is quite therapeutic too as when petting ones blood pressure will lower. Cannot do this with a computer. Just not the same. 

But most importantly I would think of the safety issues I see such as raining and snowing. Puddles and what the circuitc would do when getting wet.</description>
